Purchasing Department The Wichita Falls ISD Purchasing Office provides for the acquisition of Goods and Services, Construction, and Professional Services requested by the District's campuses and departments consistent with state and federal law, school board policies and sound business practices.   Office hours are from 7am to 5pm Monday through Thursday, and 7am to 4pm on Friday.   Please contact the office to schedule an appointment.   940.235.1017
