About Haynes

    About Haynes
Established in 1964, Haynes Northwest Academy was originally named Kate Haynes Elementary after a woman by the same name. (pictured above) The mascot of the roadrunner is said to have been adopted due to the large number of roadrunners that could be found running in the fields behind the school.  Today we continue to strive to provide a quality education for all students that attend Haynes Northwest Academy.
