 A Message from the Principal

Welcome to West Foundation, Exemplary Campus. It is our goal and desire that the years you spend with us will be filled with wonderful memories and the best education for your children.

As educators of children, we know that “all children can learn”. We promise to do the very best job we can to create a love for learning within each of our students. We want them to excel not only in the academic areas of reading, writing, math, science and social studies, but we also want them to actively improve their social skills, self-discipline, physical fitness, computer skills, teamwork, and music appreciation. It is our vision, within this community of learners, that each child will grow to his/her highest level of achievement. West Foundation is a safe, fun place, where everyone is productive.

"When you look for the good in others, you discover the best in yourself." Walsh

With the help of our students, parents, family members, friends and community members, we know that this will be a great year for West Foundation.

  • West Foundation will once again be participating in A+ rewards. This is a contest the mall is sponsoring.  The school gets points for each dollar spent at the mall stores. There is a container in the office for students to put their receipts.  There will also be a box by Spencers’ in the mall for your receipts. If you need your receipt back please put it in an envelope with your child’s name and homeroom. Any questions please email Mrs. Humphreys @

  • MLK Centerpiece Contest

Since 2000, WFISD Students have created inspirational pieces to decoaret the tables at teh City of Wichita Falls' Annual MLK breakfast.  This year, the district received approximately 60 art pieces submitted by students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade.  The winnders in each category will receive a gift from one of our local PIE partners, tickets to the MLK breakfast and recognition at the breakfast.  This year's theme is "Let Our Actions Show Love" and art was created to reflect that theme.  We are excited to congratulate our very own Mallory Rodriguez.
