Daniel Tays was named National HS Soccer Player of the Week for the week of Jan 24-26 by They recognized his double hat trick in the Winter Cup last weekend.  Click here to read the article on Daniel.

 Congratulations to the Lady Coyote Soccer Team for the academic school year 2012-2013.  They earned the NSCAA (National Soccer Coaches Association of America) Team Academic Award.  With a cumulative GPA of 4.01, they were 25th out of 235 schools in the nation.  The Lady Coyotes were also tied for the highest GPA in Texas.  This is the Lady Coyotes 8th NSCAA Team Academic Award.  We are extremely proud of these young ladies for their achievements on and off the field.

2013 is the International Year of Statistics.  To expose my students to the importance of Statistics throughout the world, I offered an extra credit assignment in which they could enter an international photo contest.  Students submitted photos that depict how statistics advances the wellbeing of people in our country or our global society.

Two students won honors in this competition:

Alex Cowsert won 3rd place (and $150)
Sarah Gorman won honorable mention.

As part of an overall security plan utilizing Raptor, campus visitors will need to show a state driver’s license or other state identification prior to accessing the building.  The id is scanned and the system runs an online background check that instantly screens individuals. When a visitor is cleared, a badge with the visitor’s name, photo, date, time and destination is printed..    RAPTOR Parent Letter
