  • Enrollment Procedures
     
     
    If your child lives within the Franklin attendance zone and attended a school within WFISD at the end of the school year, you will need to come to the school office to complete enrollment paperwork.  The office will then request that your child's records be transferred to our campus.
     
    If your child lives within the Franklin attendance zone and attended a school outside WFISD at the end of the school year, you will need to come to the school office to complete enrollment paperwork.  In order to complete the enrollment process, you will need to bring the following items:
          Birth Certificate
          Current Shot Record
          Social Security Card
          Your Driver's License
          Proof of residence (gas, electric, or water bill with your address listed; lease agreement; or purchase agreement)
     
    If you have any type of legal paperwork relating to custody, guardianship, or restriction of parental rights, a copy of that paperwork needs to be on file with the school office.

Welcome and thank you for visiting the site of Ben Franklin Elementary School.

Ben Franklin has been serving the Wichita Falls community since 1927.  We look forward to meeting the educational needs of your child this school year.
 
The teachers at Ben Franklin are themselves life-long learners and are focused on the mission statement of their campus and the school district. One can feel the heart-felt pride when walking the halls of this campus.
