Cheerleading Tryout Information for incoming 9th graders will be sent to the junior highs next week.

WFHS Cheerleading Tryout Schedule  (2015)

 April 7 -    Mandatory Parent Meeting 5:30 (WFHS library on 2nd floor, a parent MUST attend for student to be allowed to tryout)

April 14 – Tryout Clinic    3:30-5:00 (WFHS main gym)

 April 16 – Tryout Clinic   3:30-5:00 (WFHS main gym)

 April 20 – Mock Tryout   3:30-5:00 (WFHS main gym)

April 22 – Mock Tryout 3:30-5:00  (WFHS main gym)

 April 23 – Try Outs     3:30 

A physical must be completed before the first clinic.  A physical form is included in the packet.  If you are currently in athletics, you might have a current physical on file with the coaches at your school that can be used.    

Senior Send-Off
Wednesday, March 25th
Seniors who have signed up need to meet in the Auditorium by 8 am
We will pass out t-shirts and load the buses. 

National Merit Scholar Commended 
Brianna Nader, daughter of Charles and Jennifer Nader.  She attended Crockett, Kirby and WFHS.  She is active in band (concert, marching, jazz and pep) Science club, Cooking club and Math club. 

Parents who need to pick their child up during the school day, please do so before 11am or after 12:35pm.  It is difficult to locate students during the lunch period.

As part of an overall security plan utilizing Raptor, campus visitors will need to show a state driver’s license or other state identification prior to accessing the building.  The id is scanned and the system runs an online background check that instantly screens individuals.
