The Preliminary SAT®/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test is a co-sponsored program by the College Board and National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC). PSAT/NMSQT stands for Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. It's a standardized test that provides firsthand practice for the SAT Reasoning Test™. It also gives high school juniors a chance to enter National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) scholarship programs.

Date:  Wednesday, October 15, 2014

Place:   WFHS – 9th Grade Students

              MPEC – 10th and 11th Grade Students – Students may provide their own transportation to and from MPEC or may choose to ride the provided bus.  Students choosing to ride the bus must indicate their choice on this form

Time:  8:00 a.m.  Buses for those sophomores and juniors who need a ride to MPEC will depart from WFHS at 7:30

COST: $20.00

           Checks will need to be made payable to WFHS, please include parent/guardian Driver’s License # 

           11th grade students on free or reduced lunch are eligible to have this fee waived.

As part of an overall security plan utilizing Raptor, campus visitors will need to show a state driver’s license or other state identification prior to accessing the building.  The id is scanned and the system runs an online background check that instantly screens individuals. When a visitor is cleared, a badge with the visitor’s name, photo, date, time and destination is printed..    RAPTOR Parent Letter
