Competitive Sealed Proposals for Security Initiative – Phase 1 at Ben Franklin Elementary | Fowler Elementary | Kate Burgess Elementary | West Foundation Elementary | Wichita Falls High School | Rider High School will be received by Ms. Janet Powell, Director of Support Services for the Wichita Falls Independent School District, until 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the WFISD Education Center, Room 105, 1104 Broad Street, Wichita Falls, Texas 76301 and then at said location be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Contract Documents are available free of charge via the Architect's FTP site. To download the documents, Contractor must first register with the Architect's Office. Email address is required. Upon registration, the Contractor will receive an electronic notification and instructions on downloading the documents electronically. Major Subcontractors and Suppliers may also be granted access through same process. Printing of the documents shall be the responsibility of the Contractor, Subcontractor or Supplier.
A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, July 14, 2016. The meeting will be held at the WFISD Board Room 1104 Broad, Wichita Falls TX
