Opening in 2024!

  • On November 3, 2020, the citizens of Wichita Falls voted to approve a bond proposition to build two new high schools in Wichita Falls. The two high schools will replace the three schools that are currently in use. Wichita Falls High School will be retired, and Rider High School and Hirschi High School will transition to middle schools. The new high schools are scheduled to open in Fall 2024.

Thank you to everyone involved in the 2020 bond campaign effort. We are proud that Wichita Falls has shown that it values education and is committed to keep our schools strong.
