• Crouch Head Coach- Alisha Crouch
    Alisha is in her ninth year at Rider High School. Alisha is the head softball coach for the Lady Raiders and teaches Human Anatomy & Physiology Honors.


    Alisha grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas. She graduated from Rider High School in 1999. She played both basketball and softball for the Lady Raiders. Alisha attended Midwestern State University where she was a member of several honor societies and received several academic scholarships. Alisha graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science.


    Alisha was the graduate assistant softball coach at Midwestern State University for one year. During her tenure at MSU, the Lady Indians reached the NCAA Div. II Regional Softball Tournament for the first time. Alisha was the head softball coach at Petrolia High School for four years. While at Petrolia, Alisha’s softball teams reached the post-season every year, advancing as far as the Regional Finals in 2007.


    Alisha has been married to her husband, Jeremy, for 7 years. They have 3 sons: Boone (5), McCoy (4), and Hayes (1). They also have two shepherd-mix puppies they adopted named Lucy and Crash.
