Coach Josh Hill graduated from Rider High School in 1999.  He played on the Rider Varsity Soccer team in 1997, 1998, and 1999.  He received All-District Honors his junior and senior year and was team captain his senior year.  After high school, he played soccer at the University of Incarnate Word for one season.  He played his final three years at Midwestern State University.  He was team captain his junior and senior season.  During his senior year, he helped lead Midwestern State to its first and only undefeated regular season and first NCAA Elite 8 appearance.  As a center midfielder, he led the team in goals and assists his junior and senior season, earning him All-Conference honors and was named to the All-Region team his senior year.  He also received NSCAA All-America honors his senior year. 

    This is his 8th year at Rider and his 5th as the head coach.  He currently holds a USSF A License and a NSCAA National License.  He graduated from Midwestern State University with a General Business degree and has a Masters degree in Sports Administration.  His family includes his wife Lindsay and children Sophia, Hudson and Kenslee.
