    Free eye exam to low income, uninsured working people and their families.    Must work full time or part time or live in a household with one working family member and have no health insurance.  Also, must not have had an eye exam within the past two years.  Must give estimate of income for the past year, monthly or weekly.  Client can apply by mail or call. After filling out the application, you will receive a letter with a local eye Doctors appointment in 30 to 60 days.
