All non-emergency work tickets are sent in to the Maintenance Department by district staff through My School Building online.
Browse to https://www.myschoolbuilding.com
and submit a ticket for service. Use your Windows username and password to login.
The system will guide you through the ticket submission process.
On a daily basis, the supervisors will approve and arrange their corresponding work tickets by department and priority. Our departments include: heating and air conditioning, building maintenance, painting, electrical, plumbing, integrated pest control, irrigation, athletics, grounds and locks. As work tickets are completed, all information, including the employees labor time and the materials used are tracked and kept on file for future reference.
