WFISD Athletics and United Regional Sports Medicine are offering 4 opportunities for our student athletes to receive a free physical. Parents please be on the lookout for the physical form to come home this week. The medical history form must be filled out and signed by a parent by the end of this week. Also, Rank One forms are ready for all student athletes to fill out. At this time, the students will use their current school/feeder pattern to do the forms. Rank one will not be updated with Memorial and Legacy until closer to summer. This will allow your student athlete to have a guaranteed spot with the physicians on one of the following dates:
Hirschi HS, 3:30pm
- Thursday, May 2
- Monday, May 6
Rider HS, 3:30pm
- Monday, May 13
- Wednesday, May 15
