Greetings to all families and community members! Welcome to the 2019-20 school year! As we begin this new school year, I want to take this opportunity to commend all students, parents, and staff, for your hard work and collaboration in making this past year, 2018-19, quite a rewarding one. Barwise has much to celebrate: the rich diversity of our student body, a staff that is committed to continuous growth and development of all, a commitment to the safety and well-being of all our students, while providing for a warm, friendly and positive environment, and also a commitment to collaboration with all parents and community members in providing the best experiences and opportunities for all our students. Now more than ever, we need our community to be an integral and significant part of our school, working side by side with our staff as valued stakeholders in our children’s future. We pledge to continue to work hard to educate the whole child. Parents, we are especially grateful to you for entrusting your children into our care. 

As we embark on the year ahead, we pledge to remain focus on our major goal: “Closing Gaps”. And, as always, we look forward to working with you in 2019-2020.
