Crisis Communication

Emergencies and unexpected events can occur, and clear communication is essential during these times. This section outlines our district’s approach to crisis communication and our commitment to the safety and well-being of students, staff, and the school community.
In any emergency, we prioritize timely, accurate, and transparent communication to keep families informed and reassured. Whether facing a natural disaster, security incident, or other emergency, the district is committed to providing clear updates and guidance.

Information will be shared through multiple channels, including social media, email alerts, ParentLink automated calls, and local media partnerships, to ensure timely access to critical updates and resources.

We ask families to avoid coming to campus during an emergency unless notified it is safe to do so. Arriving on campus may delay student release, as our priority is the safety of all individuals. If dismissal procedures change, a secure student sign-out process will be implemented.

Thank you for your continued trust and partnership as we work together to keep our school community safe.
