If you have any information that relates to fraud, waste or abuse within the Wichita Falls Independent School District, please report it to the Internal Audit Department or call the Fraud Hotline at (940) 235-4318 or send an email to fraud@wfisd.net. The Fraud Hotline is intended to be used to report serious concerns or questionable actions that:

  • May lead to incorrect financial reporting
  • Are Unlawful
  • Are not in line with Wichita Falls ISD policies and procedures;
  • Otherwise amount to serious improper misconduct

The Fraud Hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, for use by employees, or the general public who wish to report an incident.

Call the Wichita Falls ISD Fraud Hotline to report:

  • Bullying
  • Theft or embezzlement
  • Vandalism and sabatoge
  • Violation of District policies and procedures
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Alcohol or substance abuse
  • Discrimination
  • Ethical Violations
  • Threats
  • Misuse of District property
  • Violation of the law
  • Bribery or kickbacks
  • Falsification of contracts, reports, or records
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Sexual harassment
  • Improper conduct

Wichita Falls ISD will maintain the reported information, including identifying information of the reporting party, as confidential to the fullest extend allowed by law. However, please be aware the reported information may be released if compelled by law to do so.
