Enrollment and Registration

Go to the Wichita Falls ISD enrollment page and begin the new student application.

Log in to your current Skyward Family Access account and choose New Student Online Enrollment. Applications cannot be completed in the Skyward app view. Please use the desktop view.

Contact your campus registrar. The first parent listed in the family section is the one who sees the enrollment tab. The order may need to be changed by the registrar.

• proof of identity for the student
• immunization records
• proof of residency
• prior school records.
   

• the student’s Social Security card
• a parent identification card.

First, contact the registrar at your current school and complete the withdrawal authorization form. Second, contact the campus registrar at your new school to start the enrollment process.

Parent Skyward Family Access accounts are generated once your child’s enrollment application is processed. Please reach out to your campus front office for your login information or choose the Forgot Login/Password link on the Skyward webpage.

For help with your Skyward Family Access login or account, contact Family Access support.

Use the Forgot Login/Password link on the Skyward home page first. If that does not work, please contact your campus registrar.

Parents must contact the campus registrar to make phone number changes.

Log in to Skyward Family Access, go to My Account in the top right corner, enter your new email address, and click Save.

For demographic corrections such as guardians, emergency contacts, or misspelled names, families should contact the campus registrar directly.

If the student has taken a STAAR assessment, it can be found on the score report. Score reports can be found in the Skyward Family Access portal by clicking on District Links in the top right corner. For all other inquiries related to the Texas Unique ID number, please contact the campus for assistance.

Wichita Falls ISD student ID numbers are located on the Student Info screen in parent Skyward Family Access accounts. It is labeled Other ID.

If you need high school credit course records, go to the Wichita Falls ISD transcript page. If you need grades other than high school credit courses, log in to your Skyward Family Access account and retrieve your documents under the Portfolio tab.
