The Network team is an essential component of the district's operations, responsible for managing and maintaining a wide range of network infrastructure and systems. Comprised of one Manager, four Network Analysts, two  IT/Communications Technicians, and a Fire and Security Technician, the team works tirelessly to ensure that over 500 network nodes, 1000 phones, network printers, email services, switching/routing, authentication servers, and countless other systems are operational and meet the daily needs of district staff and students.

For phone assistance, call 940-235-1059 or dial ext. 27059 from a district Cisco phone. Operating hours are Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

To request technical support, visit and log in to Eduphoria and select Helpdesk to submit a ticket. Please provide your campus name, room number, asset number, and a detailed problem description for prompt resolution.
