Fixed Asset Dept.

The Fixed Asset dept. is responsible for accounting for and disposing of the district's assets.  Duties include creating and implementing processes to streamline the tracking of inventoriable assets, counting thoses assets, assissting campuses with asset retention and finally dispositioning assets at the end of their lify cycle.

The Fixed Asset dept. is also responsible for selling district inventoriable assets at auction, and re-distrubting assets as they become available.
