The Child Nutrition Department is a proud and active member of the Wichita Falls ISD team. We are dedicated to enhancing students' academic experience while meeting or exceeding all state and federal government guidelines. Our team not only provides quality, nutritious meals, but also facilitates the development of skills and knowledge necessary to make healthy food choices for a lifetime.
The Wichita Falls Child Nutrition Program participates in the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs. Your child can get free meals if you receive Food Stamps of TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families). Your child may also be eligible depending on your income. Applications are available throughout the year at all schools and the WFISD Child Nutrition Office located at 2015 5th Street, Bldg. A. Ring the doorbell for entry.
